Shannon Stephens-Griffin

Shannon Stephens-Griffin

Remedial Therapist and Instructor, Shannon is the co founder of the Southbound 24/7 Mega Gym and grew up educated in classical ballet at an early age until her mid twenties, where she did it professionally. She has also achieved Bachelor degree of education, exercise physiology and anatomy, and psychology. She has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry having competed in bodybuilding for over 20 years and is now the head judge for the NABBA/WFF Bodybuilding organisation. Her extensive knowledge, experience and training in Yoga and remedial massage therapy, is the reason why Shannon is the pinnacle in this industry, as she has helped so many people to overcome anxiety stress mental and physical strength. Shannon teaches you that Yoga is a science that deals with body, breath, mind, soul, and ultimately, the universe itself. It is both practical and theoretical. Her hobbies include meditation, yoga, yoga training, jogging along the beach, football and spending time with her cats.

He is a registered punch fit and performance supplement specialist focusing on tailored made programs to suit peoples goals. He enjoys working with people who like to achieve optimal results in his classes and personal training sessions. He Specialises in Strength training, Core stability functional training and Pad work for his clients. His hobbies include weight training, Boxing, Kickboxing for fitness, going to the beach, bush and trial walking and Nutrition

Group Class Instructor Julie has over 10 years experience and qualifications in Pilates, fitball & core, punch fit, aqua exercise , group training & dietary advice.
She knows how busy life can be running a household and having a full time job.
Julie Specialises in weight loss , core strengthening , disease States (bp, diabetes, asthma & injuries ) and enjoys helping people getting results no matter what age or barriers.
Her Hobbies include gym work, cycling & running and she is passionate about bodyshaping and bodybuilding.

Manni specialises in cardio, strength and fitness building, along with sustainable weight loss.

Eileena Muraca

Eileena is a personal trainer and Therapeutic  Receptionist . Originally from Canada Eileena competed in mountain bike riding and aerobics. She enjoys skiing and all things outdoors with a fantastic philosophy towards fitness encouraging everybody to work towards there fitness goals. Eileena’s new Panatta Racewalker classes are packed with fun motivation and great music that will have you inspired to come back for more and more. Her dynamic personality is so vibrant and full of life which is exactly what you will experience in her classes. Having travelled extensively overseas working at a lot of gyms she is now back to sculpt he body on the new Panatta race walker. If you see her around the gym, make sure you ask about it!

Tony Griffin

Tony Griffin

Tony has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry starting out playing football at Glenelg and then Port Adelaide in the U/18. When he was 19 he decided to peruse bodybuilding where he competed at the national level for almost 20 years. In this time he has achieved a junior Mr SA Nabba title and 3 x Mr Australia titles in Nabba Class 1.
Dedicating most of his life as a metabolic specialist Tony now works with athletes and clients for weight loss specialising in diets and nutrition. His hobbies include football, supplements, weight training and surfing.
