Group Class Instructor Julie has over 10 years experience and qualifications in Pilates, fitball & core, punch fit, aqua exercise , group training & dietary advice.
She knows how busy life can be running a household and having a full time job.
Julie Specialises in weight loss , core strengthening , disease States (bp, diabetes, asthma & injuries ) and enjoys helping people getting results no matter what age or barriers.
Her Hobbies include gym work, cycling & running and she is passionate about bodyshaping and bodybuilding.
