New Class Launch - HIIT 5160!

Now we have a new class laucnh, from 8 am on Saturday mornings, run by our very own Karly Miller! So head on down to Southbound 24/7 Mega Gym and get started today!

HIIT 5160 focuses on an outdoor high energy class for burning fat, increasing fitness, strength and tone. Be prepared to sweat and get into some ‘basic training’.

All fitness levels are encouraged to participate as you can work at your own pace and gradually build your fitness level up to its maximum potential.
