Kettle Bell 101 is a class designed for all fitness levels that are looking to get a great full body workout using a piece of equipment that is often over looked the kettle bell. Kettle Bell 101 training is a great way to get the heart pumping as well as putting the muscles through their paces its awesome for weight loss improving cardio vascular fitness and muscle definition.
In this session participants will learn the fundamentals through to some of the more advanced exercises which is sure to have muscles burn that they didn’t know existed. So if you’ve never tried kettle bell training or you are just looking for a new way to train to mix things up come along.
