Boxercise is a non-combative boxing style workout that incorporates punching bags. focus pads and boxing gloves along with aerobic drills and core strengthening.
During our one hour class our experienced Instructors will have you completing full body exercises including burpees, push ups, squats and exercises that target your core.
Boxercise classes are held in our outdoor under cover area so we can work out come rain hail or shine!
